Subscription

To subscribe to one of EPAS' training courses you must complete the digital subscription form. You can also subscribe by using the subscription form attached to the training brochure, once completed, you can fax, post or email (opleidingen@epas.be) the form to EPAS. The address on the form must be the invoicing address. If the post address is different from the invoicing address you can type this in the comments box. If you do not receive a confirmation of subscription within 3 working days, please contact us.
After receiving your subscription we will send an invoice. Your subscription is final once the complete invoice amount has been paid.

Location
The EPAS training courses take place in the seminary room at EPAS nv, Dok Noord 4C in Ghent, unless otherwise indicated.

Subscription
Once the training has been successfully completed, you will receive a certificate. The trainings, except'Process Water' meet the requirements for the obligatory complementary training for environmental coordinators.

Fees and invoicing
All fees for the EPAS trainings are excluding VAT, and are inclusive course materials, administration costs and a hot lunch and snacks during breaks. The course fees can increase at the start of each calendar year. The administration of EPAS sends an invoice for each followed course. EPAS has the right to make changes to the dates and/or prices in the training courses.

Cancellation conditions
You can cancel your subscription 14 days before the start of the course, you will have to however pay a compensation fee of 20% of the invoice amount with a minimum amount of 100€. Cancellation within 14 days prior to the start of the course is not refundable, whatever reason for cancellation. We only accept written cancellations. Irregular attendance does not justify a possible refund of the paid subscription fee.
If after subscription one cannot attend the training course, ones place can be taken by a colleague.

EPAS can cancel a course if there are not enough subscriptions. In that case the paid subscription fee will be completely refunded or the fee can be moved to a later date for free. EPAS is not liable for any other consequences this cancellation holds for its customers.
